When posting
# Give information in the title of your post, instead of using a title like "Help?" (and other one word topics) compose a title that is specific, such as, "Unable to send attachments in outlook express." A clear title will attract more views to your thread, as it gives a clear indication of the content of the post to the people that are willing to help you. Ultimately this will allow you to get more help of a better quality. Also, a good topic name will give other people with the same question a chance to find the answer. One word topics are not accepted and will be deleted! Non self explanatory topics might also be deleted (e.g. third class, vote no {or yes}, difficult child, etc.)
Posts giving information or advertising for similar websites or recruitment agencies will be deleted!

# Searching the forums is a quick way to see if someone has had your issue and if it has been answered. There's a good chance your question has been answered before, and you can get the information you want quickly.

When replying
# Be considerate to the person asking the question. Yes, some users are harder to help than others, but please be respectful to all users.
