Intern Registration Package
This form is required, along with the four forms listed below upon registration.

PIF Form
Participant Information Form (.doc and .pdf included). This form is needed to complete your registration.

TD1-SK
Saskatchewan Personal Tax Credits Return. This form is needed to complete your registration.

TD1
2010 Personal Tax Credits Return. This form is needed to complete your registration.

TD1-IN
Employers use this form to determine the type of exemption that applies to an Indian's employment income, this form is needed if applicable.
